I have terrible sores that come on my face and back of neck. They first come up under the skin as hard cysts then I pick the skin open and they swell up with blood and clear fluid. They become very sore and at times feel really itchy when one itches it seams to multiple them and continue to bleed terrible. They become so painful when I squeeze them but if I don't keep squeezing the fluid and blood out they just get bigger but they last for weeks and are almost unbearable.
