I have thinning cartilage between the femur and the tibia on the medial side of my right knee. I have good days and bad days. I limp when i walk and this is putting stress on my good left knee. Is there any hope for my situation.
On 7-14-2018, i felt a back stabbing pain on my right knee. I have been using the elliptical machine 4 X / week to exercise for the last 6-months and I dont know if i caused thisloss of cartilege. But i feel regretful.
