I Have This Really Painful, Tender Bump On The Inside

I have this really painful, tender bump on the inside of the root of the helix on my ear. It's a tiny round swollen bump and it's extremely painful to the touch. I've put hydrogen peroxide on it, and it hasn't helped. I've had it for three days now and there isn't a head on it so I don't think it's a pimple or white head.
