I Have Very Swollen Tonsils, Uvulitis (elongated Down To My

I have very swollen tonsils, uvulitis (elongated down to my tongue), inflammed white papillae on the back if my tongue, and overall mouth/throat inflammation. I did have a wisdom tooth taken out a week ago and I have been taking penicillin and ibuprofen but these symptoms have just appeared yesterday. I do not feel sick at all and I do not have a fever. My question is, if I do not feel sick, do I most likely have an allergy to the penicillin or some type of viral infection such as mononucleosis or bacterial (oral thrush). I very concerned that I don't feel sick at all and I have never had an elongated uvula like this before.
