I initially was feeling the bones in my breast plate painfully sharp in the morning, about five days ago. As the day progressed, my breathing became irregular and I would experience a pressure in my throat I felt I wanted to forcefully alleviate because it was very uncomfortable. It wasn't a panic attack, I wasn't overwhelmed, I just didn't like the discomfort I was feeling. I checked into the ER that day, but became inpatient and left. The next day, the ER was empty, in and out within an hour, to find out I have bronchitis. I am a 25 year old female, in decent health, besides struggling with a meth addiction. I have an understanding of meth addiction and the reasons for my sustaining abuse, the risks involved, etc. I'm just not ready to abstain completely. So I set myself up with incentive, I just found my symptoms attribute to a cough, although acute at the moment, it's a more intense cough in opposed to one onset by the common cold. I made it through the rest of the week, four days, rewarding myself with dope. I started my binge just a day ago or last night, and just as I start to type my concerns, I'm developing a loud wheezing as I breathe in. Now, I am aware the risks of using and abuse of meth is environmentally and socially detrimental, as well as your physical health. My question I'm getting at is, what progression is subsequent to a prolonged, untreated infection like bronchitis. What's the next step, or other common advancements in illness, infection, disease etc. following a continual use of smoking meth and not treating the current health issue, bronchitis?
