I Just Checked My Blood Pressure. It Is Low At

I just checked my blood pressure. It is low at 106/79 with a pulse reading of 154. I thought my rating of 92 pulse was high in hospital. Could this just be an error in our equipment although our readings matched that of emerg doc on Monday morning. SHould I be concerned? Feel much weaker than normal.
