I Just Got Over The Shingles. I Have A History

I just got over the shingles. I have a history of pain but my pain and sensitivity to the cold temperatures are different. Can this be related to a post effect from shingles? I've been having different ailments on my right side since August. Everything since then have been in my right side of my body. My rt ft became swollen in a matter o 24hrs I couldn't walk for almost a week . Then my right side and in the latter part of November my right shoulder . My Doctor thought it was arthritis because it was swollen in inflamed. After a week she gave me a steroid shot. Within 3 days my right shoulder down to my right hand was covered in bumps. She said that was the shingles and it was at the contagious stage. Do you think this is caused by stress or a damaged nerve?
