I just got thru refereeing a basketball game(high scholl), amd I never slept good last night becuase of what ever, and I didnt feel good all day, bu tI wen to my game anyway at 4PM. didnt feel like doing it but actually did better while I was running than when I was home. Got home about 7 pm , and felt upset stomach, gassy alot, and then had a big dinner because I was hungry, hadnt eaten all day. Then after I ate about 2 hours, I get this awful pain in my chest. like heartburn to the 3/rd power, and then I took a prilosec, and two Tums, helped a little, and then decided to got ot bed. Laid down and it never got any better, just took two more Tums, and helped 40%, but I dont think I could fall asleep with this pain. I have had Afib for 10 years, had an ablashion, two stints, and 2 mild heart attacks, very active but I am 71 years old in good shape , not overweight. Every time I get these problems it is in th emonth of November late every year for like 4 times, and once it went for two years without a problem. No neck or arm pain, but stinging felling in my chest and rib cage feels achy?! BP, is 160/75 consisitently, and pulse is always low at 60 . Do you think I ate to much food , which I did, and does the excercising in basketball seem to raise your BP/ it has been 6 hours now since I was running for 2 hours!??
