I Just Had A Loss Of Circulation To My Right

I just had a loss of circulation to my right pinky which I have never experienced before. It just started snowing in Chicago and I carried a propane gas canister for about 30 secs in about 28 degrees temperature. The finger started hurting a little and then I noticed it has gone yellower, shinier and some parts were darker. I don't have diabetes, am a 48 year old male in great shape and health. Is this possibly Raynaud's disease or something else? I noticed my extremities were often colder and felt almost numb on a recent skiing holiday to Park City, although temperatures there were significantly lower than now.
