I never had a problem with my blood pressure being up but last week my oldest sister told me that her doctor told her that she has fluid on her brain. This week I been feeling light headed since Tuesday. I have been worry about her since she told me the news. I had to lay down for a couple of hours because it feel like I wanted to pass out. I check my blood pressure today at 3:45pm it is 135/73. What can I do to get my blood pressure back down?
