I passed out and hit my nose and head on a table going down. I believe my nose broke at the bridge and I have a large knot above my eye. After a week I started getting vertigo when lay down when I up I feel a lot of pressure in the back and on the left side of my skull. Should I goto the ER or are these just symptoms of head injury. I did not go when I first fell because I have no insurance and cant afford it.
