I Pylo Kit Effective For Acid Reflux?

I have had acid reflux for 5 years now but this time around I think it is affecting my stomach
because in the morning when I take food I feel like I have sores in my stomach. I have been taking esomeprazole for the last 20 days. Do you think I should just buy pylo kit because i hear it is very effect.

stomach , where consultant is convinced with the diagnosis , has
evaluated its importance in the case & then prescribe properly.
* I don`t recommend you to take it as OTC as heard it is very effective
