I Recently Completed A 7 Month Pulse Course Of Flagyl

I recently completed a 7 month pulse course of flagyl for a long standing intestinal infection (this caused malabsorption and other issues) which gave rise an intestinal overgrowth of candida. I am now on a 30 day course of diflucan (17 days into it). I've been experiencing occasional debilitating palpitations, chest pain felt in between my shoulder blades with occasional radiation into left shoulder or jaw, and dizziness. These spells hit suddenly, last anywhere from 30 min to several hours, are not accompanied by sweating, shortness of breath and are not usually precipitated by anything. I did have some similar symptoms toward the end of the flagyl which prompted a visit to the doctor who said it's possibly printzmetal angina caused by stress i was having at the time in combination with gi distress from flagyl. He did not feel it necessary to do a stress test bc I'm only 37 and only carry high cholesterol as risk factor..i ended the flagyl regimen and it resolved. Could the return of this cp be diflucan related?
