Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently had been doing a lot of delivery of magazines and phonebooks. We delivered to an apartment phone books a week ago and no problem. When I came home, I proceeded to take the extra books out of the car and in the process I believe I knelt on a large bolt more than once that rests on the bottom of my van. I immediately noticed my inner thigh by right knee was very swollen. I put ice on it. Then I noticed a bad bruise formed on the inner thigh. The inflammation has gone down but when I walk I notice that my knee is bending and my foot wants to go to the right. Ibuprofen has helped and now that I am done with delivery a week later, I am able to rest my leg. I really can not believe how badly the inner thigh is bruised. The area at first felt hard and now it is feeling more normal? I need this to get better quickly and it may. Can you help me with some advice. I really had not had any trouble finishing deliveries, so I have been very mobile. Thank you for your advice
