I Recently Spent A Day At The Beach With Direct

I recently spent a day at the beach with direct sun for 3 hours. I applied a sunscreen of SPF70 on exposed areas. ( Neutrogenia Ultra Sheer Drytouch Sunscreen) . It contains several ingredients labeled as broad spectrum heliioplex with the highest percentage being Oxybenzone. I have fair skin that freckles easliy. I take several blood pressure meds, thyroid med, antidepression med, and potassium. Since that exposure, the skin on my chest, upperarms and somewhat lower legs have had these symptoms: itchy, bumpy under the skin, raised rash in some areas, some bleeding. The skin also looks blotchey with dark (freckle-like areas. I have put on aloe (not helpful), and Cortizone 10 for the past 3 days with some results, but not great.
My question is, what can I do now, and what can I do in the future? I am 64 years old and my grandchildren love to swim outside. I have always had sensitive skin. I am thinking of purchasing swim clothing that covers me up totally. what do you think?
