I recently started taking B12 injections. The nurse showed me the first time, the second time I did it fine, but this time I was distracted and accidentally went in lower than I meant too. When I removed the needle it also bled so I am afraid I may have hit a vein accidentally. It feels like the muscle is tense around injection sight this time also, even though I had no side effects last time. Should I be concerned?
