I Started Having A Squeezing Pain In My Right Testical

I started having a squeezing pain in my right testical it's not unbearable just uncomfortable. I thought it could be a few things like I put one underwear that waste small . But I took them off and put on bigger ones. I thought it could be that my daughter hits my lap alot when she wants to climb on the chair with me. Sometimes she hits me just right to hurt. I also thought it could be masterbastion cause I recently did that and then took a shower and after the shower is when it started to hurt I know it's not a sad cause I haven't had sex in over 2 years
