What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Testicle?
Sir, 3 years back I have severe pain in my right testical after that it swallowed severely. And after one month slowly it shrinked now I have no right testical but have a shrinked testical. My left testical is all right. Kindly instruct some treatment.

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of pain and swelling is matter of concern, and that need to be found out and managed else the pain and swelling can be managed with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, it may be infection, it may be surgical condition hope this information helps.
