I suddenly developed PVC 1yr ago I also have heart murmer had rheumatic fever when child told will need heart surgery 2yrs to repair valve my heart Dr put me on toprol xl 25mg. First 1a day works good for 6 mos then irreg heart rate returned then put on 1 an half one x day then up to 2a day I have ashm developed pneumonia is an had use nebalizer for month now havnt had us nebalizer I now agent Ben getting as many ireg very beats. Went for 2nd opinion this ht Dr put me on Corey 3.125 one 2_x day an if doesn't help need ablation. Well now my irreg ht beats are almost constant. I think too low of dosage now I doing know go back to 1st Dr an toprol or what an don't know about having ablation first Dr never mention it an I don't know go that way or not an what if any risk with ablation. I am 78 yr old. What do you suggest I do
