I Suffered From Severe Sepsis 2 Years Ago After Being

I suffered from Severe Sepsis 2 years ago after being hospitalized 3x but misdiagnosed until I was rushed to the ER and was in ICU for a week. In the past month I have developed a rash on both arms/shoulders and my right leg only. My GI doctor told me if was due to nerves. I have never had this before.
The skin on my right ankle looks purple and grey. The rash looks like little sores circular yet some are in a cluster of 3. I have PSS and some organ damage such as Chronic Pancreatitis as well as kidney issues. My skin is always cold as am I and my skin is itchy, almost painful like pin pricks and then a sore or sores appear. I don't like to do online research because I think there's too much out there. My question is this...what is it?
