I Think, I Had A Spider Bite A Week Ago

I think, I had a spider bite a week ago on my upper neck, behind the ear area. I saw my P.C.P. and a local Pharmacist. My P.C.P. ran blood work and said all is well. I now over the last 48 hours have developed a buring/stinging sensation. Is this nornal?
