I Think I Have A Spider Bite On The Left

I think I have a spider bite on the left labia (edge). It is painful swelling, does not itch so much as burns. It appeared saturday night right after I changed clothes. Other than warm water soaks and antibiotic cream with pain relief what can I do to make it go away faster?
