I Think I Might Have Shingles. I Have Had Pain

I think I might have shingles. I have had pain on my side to my stomach, more in my back rib area on the right side only. It feels strange. It almost feels like a bad brush burn or something but of course to look at it there is nothing there.. It is very sensitive to touch the pain is not too bad. I have had a terrible headache. These symptoms have been going on about 8 days. I have no rash. Any thoughts?
