I Took A Prochorperazine Pill Yesterday (prescribed By My Dr.)
I took a prochorperazine pill yesterday (prescribed by my Dr.) and I was expecting it to be for 'stomach upset' and the reaction I got was not good--it 'scared the hell out of me to be blunt' and I never knew exactly what it was really for--am 79yrs of age,and read on here some 'news' that I really don't like at all--same as: being used as a 'guinea pig' for a drug that is 'not all that safe' (forget at present exactly what it said but something like 'it hasn't been confirmed? that it is totally a 'safe drug'---all I wanted in the first place was something to calm my stomach when feeling nauseus(don't know if I spelled that right) and it got me so scared I finally called a 'nurses stn no' and talked to the pharmacist (last night-Sunday) about how long it would take to 'wear off' and I would appreciate some relevant answers about this drug as I called the pharmacist where my Dr. is, a short while ago and told him to kindly 'take this drug off my 'list' and why'-just noticed my answer must be paid for and I DO NOT have a Visa or the likes, so guess I am out of luck and sorry for wasting your time--thank you anyway--I should know by now that 'answers' cost.
