I took an impact (kick) to the area between my hip and pelvis, close to what I think are the hip flexor muscles. This caused a small, pushpin size bruise that went away after about 4-5 days, but now I have trouble lifting up my left knee and the area around my hip pains when doing certain exercises and stretches.
When I first got injured, it was hard to walk because of a pulling feeling in my hip, but that went away and there's only pain in doing exercises like a bridge. Do you know what happened?
