I Treated For A Copperhead Bite. Measured And Check For

I treated for a copperhead bite. Measured and check for 6 hours. Then given infection and pain meds and released. Toe is a black bubble on the top. There is swelling and soreness to just above the knee. The soreness shops with the elevation of the leg. Should i be drinking liquids and or exersizing to help get the swelling out? What can I do to speed up the recovery? What is the recovery?
