I Ve Been Having Headache With A Temperature, Dizziness And Very Slight Pressure

Headache with a temperature, slight dizziness and very slight pressure on my head? Well, it s been about a week that I ve been having headaches with a slight temperature on and off. When I get a headache aspirins usually do the trick,but doesn t really work for these headaches. Sometimes also feel slight dizziness and a very slight pressure on my head. It s not really bad or anything, but it is quite uncomfortable. What could be causing this?

hi

headachae has lot of causes. it might be due to refractive error sinusitis or stress related. even after taking pain killer it is not reducing you need to consult physician get detail evaluation and you may need to consult other specialist like ent, eye or neurologist let you physician decide

How did these start? any specific time they appear? site of pain? is there fever or any other symptoms?
Headache can be due to numerous causes, starting from flu, sinusitis , heat stroke..to a tumor in brain.
You need to get examined by a physician , espcially now that (self) medication is not helping..
