I wake up 2-3 times a night in agony from pain that goes from my elbows to my hands causing me to massage it out, my fingers swell up all the time causing my joints in my fingers to be very painful, here are times I can't even make a fist let alone move my fingers, I can't write more than 3 lines on a piece of paper I also have extremely small wrist but my hands hurt so bad to the point I want to cut them off, but from my elbows to my forearm it sometimes goes numb then tingles what is causing all of this to happen?
