Is this typical of damage caused from the echogenic atherosclerosis in the left common iliac artery with left common iliac artery atherosclerotic stricture where the lumen is narrowed to approximately 3.5 mm associated with elevated peak systolic velocity at the level of the stricture to 197 cm/s? Should I be assessed with contrast-enhanced CT angiogram?
