I Was Asked If I Had Numbness In My Leg.

I was asked if I had numbness in my leg. I did not. However, my muscles in my back and inside thighs are tremendously sore making it difficult to walk or stand. Is this typical of damage caused from the echogenic atherosclerosis in the left common iliac artery with left common iliac artery atherosclerotic stricture where the lumen is narrowed to approximately 3.5 mm associated with elevated peak systolic velocity at the level of the stricture to 197 cm/s? Should I be assessed with contrast-enhanced CT angiogram?
