I Was Diagnosed With Mixed Connective Tissue Disease And Raynaud's

I was diagnosed with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and Raynaud's Syndrome last Monday by the Rheumatologist but he did not explain anything else. It seemed to me that he referred to the blood test results in giving the diagnosis. I have done my research on the web but the information I got is too technical, vague and really scary. It does not help that I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression. I also want to know how different or separate are these illnesses from my diagnosis of Fibromyalgia.
