I was diagnosed with a Pilonidal Cyst today and had an appointment set up with my primary physician for tomorrow but the cyst has popped and is draining nasty pus and blood. Should I go to the emergency room to have it taken care of now or can I wait until my appointment with my primary doctor tomorrow?
