I was diagnosed with acute rhinitis. The glands in my throat are quite swollen, especially on tbe left side. I was instucted to take an antihistamine (Zyrtec), Flonase, and a saline solution along with taking Advil for pain. I do not have any nasal congestion, but I do have some drainage in my throat.
Do my symptoms sound like acute rhinitis to you?

The gland has enlarged since yesterday when I was seen in the urgent care.
