I was diagnosed with pericarditis 3 months after a coronary artery bypass. The diagnosis was made 1 week ago and I have been taking colchicine and ibuprofen since. I feel a little tired and have mild pain / discomfort when lying but otherwise feel good. FYI - I’m 39 years old. I was planning a 1 week trip (Australia to Mexico) that begins in 1 month but the recent pericarditis has me concerned - should I avoid travel / flying?
