I Was Diagnosed With Stage 4 Throat Cancer 1/13/17, Squamous

I was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer 1/13/17, squamous cell carcinoma and HPV negative, it was in my lymph nodes, throat, tonsils all on the left side. I had radiation and chemo, I have been cancer free since treatment. I have had a new lump on the right side of my neck, it is not a lymph node, it seems to be more in the structure of my neck, is this something to be worried about?
