I was eating chicken parmesan, and I swallowed a particularly large cheesy mass of chicken. I may be wrong, but I thought I felt something work its way partially into my trachea and lodge itself there. Now I have a slight pressure against the side of my upper windpipe, somewhere near my larynx. When I talk (especially with a low voice) I can feel stronger vibrations than I usually do, as if there is a mass being disturbed by my voice.
