I was just prescribed Meloxicam for arthritis in my knee. I told the Dr that 6 years ago I tore something in my knee that sounded like a shotgun blast when it happened. I couldn't put any weight on it for at least 10 minutes and than was limping for 2 months after. Now all of a sudden, my knee keeps feeling like it is bending backwards and I nearly fall. the Dr. said Meloxicam will help. I don't see that a pill is going to help my knee wanting to bend the opposite way. Your thoughts??? YYYY@YYYY
