I Was Reading About The Antibiotics Put In The Feed

I was reading about the antibiotics put in the feed of swine-ect- and how it doesn't get broken down by digestion so thier waste is washed into the streams of third world countries. Then the food is exported all over the world so how can we stop this. Example by not buying from China and Indonesia etc? I love shrimp and now the US imports twice as much as we used to. Seems like we are doomed to have tainted food that carries resistant drugs. The flu will need a new name every year. I can not buy imported fish anymore. Any medical information about this subject?
