I was recently told about Euflexxa by a friend who has had great relief from osteoarthritis in his knees. I'm waiting for my second knee replacement, and am pretty uncomfortable. My GP will not refer me to a sports medicine specialist so I can benefit from this, nor will my orthopedic surgeon. Is this a controversial treatment? I assume it is approved in Canada too (I'm in British Columbia).
