I Was Released From The Hospital Today With Severe Sepsis

I was released from the hospital today with severe sepsis and pneumonia. I was only there one night and received Iv rocephrin (2 doses) and started on a Z pack. When I went home, the hospitalist said he thought he would put me on levofloxacin and I thought he said for 10 days. When we picked it up, it was only one tablet. They did only give 2 doses of the z pack. YYYY@YYYY
