I Was Scratched By A Stray Dog 6 Years Ago

I was scratched by a stray dog 6 years ago but i did not take any medication. However, I washed the scratch thoroughly with soap. Yesterday, another stray dog tried to bite me but I got a scratch with little blood. This I am taking medication. Then and now, what could possibly go wrong. Please advise.
