I was walking and all of a sudden my head started moving involuntarily from left to right like I am shaking my head no and my shoulders and arms were twitching. Just prior to that I felt dizzy. My visions was moving. My friends said my eyes were moving around crazy. I felt like I was a thousand degrees I was so hot and sweeting. I went to the ER and my blood sugar was 55 even though I had eaten I had levles of troponin in my blood so they thought it was my heart. I had mri, catscan, ultrasound on my heart and ekg and eeg saw a nuerologist and heart dr. and they cant find anyting wrong. My B12 was in the 200s' so I am having B12 shots and B1 prescription. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2007 and have a CPAP. Can you think of anything that my Bypass surgery may have to do with it or any thoughts? I often have spells that pass quickly of being very hot and sweety and my heart pounds fast and I feel like I need to lay down.
