I Went To An Urgent Care Walk-in Clinic Doctor Yesterday

I went to an urgent care walk-in clinic doctor yesterday with a sore throat, low grade fever, dizziness, headache coughing w/phlegm, and hoarse voice. I had it for four days prior. He said I had a sinus infection. He prescribed Augmentin, Delsym, and Sudafed. My throat feels some better today and fever is down, however, my chest is much tighter and I have no voice. Should I go back? I feel like the Sudafed is drying me out too much. How do I regain my voice?
