I Went To Urgicare Today Because I Was Experiencing Palpitations

I went to urgicare today because i was experiencing palpitations or several hours and tachy cardia. I have sinus palpitations but they are usually once or twice a day for 1-10 beats. This was irregular still continuing after 6 hours though decreased. I have a history of a small PE 2 years ago, which resolved on coumadin. I Take toprol 100mg BID for the palpitations. I was given 50 mg toprol at Urgi, palpitations edcreased some.The only symptoms I had of the PE was tachycardia. The d-dimer today was 1270. No PE was seen on the CT. HCT was 43, HGB 14.1, RBC 9.1 , PLT 304. What shud I do next?
