I Woke Up This Morning And I Felt Like Aomeone

I woke up this morning and I felt like aomeone punched me in my left arm. I've had a bad cold and cough and I'm thinking maybe I slept on it wrong. I have no other symptoms just dull pain the size of a tennis ball. What could it be. Im a 43 yr old women. I do have arthritis in my hands and knees.
