The pump device that you have asked about to get hard erection consists of three components 1) Reservoir containing fluid which is placed in lower part of abdomen 2) Penile prosthesis placed in penis 3) Pump that inflates the prosthesis is placed in scrotum. On squeezing the pump fluid from the reservoir is pushed into prosthesis which gets inflated and becomes hard and artificial erection is being created This erection is maintained during intercourse till one desires to prolong the sex and gets ejaculation , Pressing the button on the pump deflates the fluid from prosthesis back into reservoir.
