I Would Like To Understand What The Following Means (in

I would like to understand what the following means (in words anyone might understand) do I have a problem with my pancreass that is serious of just normal for 64 year old?? "Pancreatic parenchymal abnormalities were noted in the entire pancreas. These consisted of Atrophy". ?? My Upper EUS was to obtain a liver Biopsy after a blood test results indicated level 4 fibroses and contrary to that two liver MRIs indicated no cirrhosis of the liver. while still waiting on the pathology report of the sample I am trying to understand two sentences regarding the above quotes and regardless will follow up? In the summery the doctor wrote no signs of sugnificant pathology in all the organs exanmened except he wrote: "-Pancreatic Parenchymal adnormalities consisting of atrophy were noted in the entire pancreas." I just really need to know what level of bad this is?
