II've Had Rotator Cup Surgery And Developed A Bacteria Infection

II've had rotator cup surgery and developed a bacteria infection and am on clyndamycin at home every hrs I've almost finished my first and have two more weeks to go. Have appt with infectious disease dr. On October 3 rd. Is it common to still be running low grade fever like today 99.9 it is draining but I get to feeling just fine. Is there a chance I could become so toxic it could be life threatening.
