The medicines that you are using are most essential and you should not miss them at all. Ofcourse any medicine has side effects and interactions with other drugs. Your treating doctor is the best judge in taking care of the side effects and putting on the least doses possible to avoid any adverse effects. To mention Acitrom can cause skin rash and hair loss in some. It is not to be taken in bleeding disorders, kidney or liver disease. Zaart can lead to weakness, fatigue, low BP and decreased blood cells. Asa can cause ulceration and bleeding of intestines and worsening of asthma. We suggest that you get your BP checked at regular intervals and go for regular check ups with your physician, preferably every 6 months. Inform about these medications in any future medical consultation with any doctor. Consult your physician if there is any burning sensation in the abdomen or uncontrolled bleeding. You need to get your PT and INR levels checked every 3-4 months. We suggest to get the investigations done at an accredited and barcoded lab
