Since u have overdone mastrubation ur sensitivity is decreased.
Mastrubation has no side effects, it wont affect ur married life, but mastrubate only when ur sexually excited, othewise dont do it.
Dont make it a habit, eat healthy food, quit smoking if ur smoker, start brisk walk 30-40 mins.
This will solve ur problem.
