If One Can Ovulate On Her Own, What Is The Purpose Of Using Clomid?
I am 29 years old, my husband and I have a 4 year old son and have been trying for #2 for 18 months now. My doctor put me on Clomid 50mg days 5-9 for unexplained fertily. I do ovulate on my own. My husband just had a semen analysis and found out his count was only 20 million and a motility percentage of 45%. My question is: If I ovulate on my own, what is the purpose of the clomid? I start taking my first cycle of clomid in 4 days.
